One of the best fantasy series of all time, Michael Moorcock's Elric, is getting the comics treatment from Titan.
Michael Moorcock's Elricseries is a terrific batch of fantasy novels that you should probably give a shot. Violent, sexy, evil...basically lots of the things that you already dig about Game of Thrones can be found in the Elricbooks. And, heck, they aren't nearly as dense as George R.R. Martin's opus, but no less fascinating.
But if you're not ready to commit to a new fantasy novel series just yet, Titan Comics would like to offer you an alternative, in the form of a comic book version of the Elric legend, courtesy of Julien Blondel, Didier Poli, and Robin Recht
