There's going to be plenty of crossover appeal between Arrow and the Flash this season, including with the villains.
Robert Knepper, who played DC Comics supervillain the Clock King in the Arrowepisode "Time of Death" will show up in Starling City to annoy Barry and friends in The Flashepisode 7. But he's not coming alone.
“We wanted to give Barry a real challenge…TWO bad guys!” executive producer Andrew Kreisberg told TV Line. He also promised that Barry would be “fighting both a new enemy and one of our scariest and most successful Arrow villains in The Clock King.”
It's a safe bet that the "new enemy" is someone from Flash's stable of metahuman villains to help balance out things a little bit. No word on whether or not they'll be working together or at odds. Right after this episode, it's on to episode 8, which will kick off a two-part crossover between both shows that will see our heroes possibly at odds with each other. Might the Clock King's appearance in Central City set things in motion? We'll see...
