Mark Hamill won't be the only Trickster showing up on The Flash TV series later this season.
NewsThere will be two Tricksters coming to The Flash in a few weeks. Devon Graye (who played a younger Dexter Morgan on Dexter) is playing Axel Walker, a young fella who takes up the mantle and the gadgets of the original Trickster to give the citizens of Central City a headache. As for that original Trickster, that would be Mark Hamill, the guy who not so coincidentally also played The Trickster on the original FlashTV series. You might have heard of him for one or two other things, too.
It's a safe bet that the original Trickster won't be too thrilled with this new guy using his name. Here are the only other official details:
“In this new iteration, The Trickster is an anarchist terrorist con man serving a life sentence in Iron Heights who helps Barry (Grant Gustin) and Det. West (Jesse L. Martin) to foil the city-wide attacks of a wannabe Trickster eagerly following in the original's deadly footsteps. The episode will reunite him with John Wesley Shipp who went up against him as the original 'Flash' on the CBS version."
We'll get a look at both Tricksters in The Flash episode 17, which will air some time this spring.
