Forget about the Ghostbusters, it's the female-led Avengers roster that's going to be making waves soon enough.
NewsA-Force sounds like it might just be the first genuinely interesting title to come out of Marvel's upcoming Secret Wars event. Written by the brilliant G. Willow Wilson (Ms. Marvel, and who just signed an exclusive deal with Marvel) and Marguerite K. Bennett (Angela: Asgard's Assassin) with art by Jorge Molina (currently doing stellar work on X-Men)
Who are A-Force?
“She-Hulk, Dazzler, Medusa, Nico Minoru and other fan favorites, will take charge,” says series co-writer G. Willow Wilson in a statement. “We've purposefully assembled a team composed of different characters from disparate parts of the Marvel U, with very different power sets, identities and ideologies."

There is one, and only one, bad thing about this. A-Force. The title. It's bad enough that we're constantly dealing with the shadow of the '90s, and adding "force" to any title always gives me uncomfortable flashbacks.
That's a fairly minor complaint, though for a book with this kind of creative firepower. We'll meet A-Force in May. Check out these covers:
