And our slightly more speculative look at the Fox X-Men/Fantastic Four plans are here.
Now, on with the show!
Special note: Because this article is loooooong, we've broken it into several pages, going by year. We'll start with 2016...
February 12th, 2016 - Deadpool
What's it about? Damned if I know, and I've read the script. It's got nearly as many murders as jokes (and that's a lot), and features appearances from all manner of C-list mutants and X-Men hangers-on. It's great. We wrote extensively about the Deadpool movie here.
Who's involved? Tim Miller (Zombieland) is directing from the aforementioned script by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. Ryan Reynolds will star. T.J. Miller is weapons dealer Weasel and Morena Baccerin is love-interest shape-shifter Copycat.
March 25th, 2016 - Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice
What's it about? A grizzled, aged Batman takes exception to the state that the Superman/Zod battle in Man of Steel has left Metropolis, and shows up to see what's up. He does not become BFFs with Supes, it would appear. Lex Luthor is the villain (although we hear there's someone else involved), and we'll also meet Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg, and possibly some other Justice League members.
Who's involved? Zack Snyder directs from a script by David Goyer and Chris Terrio. It stars (as if you had to ask) Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Jesse Eisenberg, Jason Momoa, Jeremy Irons, Ray Fisher, and lots of other folks...

May 6th, 2016 - Captain America: Civil War
What's it about? Ummmm...it's a seriously long story. Just go ahead and read more details on that one right here
Who's involved? Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, and Scarlett Johansson. Oh, and we'll meet the Black Panther played by Chadwick Boseman for the first time in this one, as well as the new Spider-Man, Tom Holland. Rumor has it that other Avengers, like Mark Ruffalo's The Hulk, could appear. The writers of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, are back, as are directors Joe and Anthony Russo.

May 27th, 2016 - X-Men: Apocalypse
What's it about? Well, the X-Men "First Class" trilogy will reach it's conclusion in the '80s. We wrote a bit about Apocalypse himself right here.
Who's involved? Bryan Singer is once again directing, with Simon Kinberg, Michael Dougherty, and Dan Harris handling the screenplay. We understand that this will once again be a bit of a mix between the old and new casts, but that could mean just about anything. Expect a heavy focus on the younger X-Men, played by new cast members Sophie Turner, Kodie Smit-McPhee, Tye Sheridan, and Alexandra Shipp. Singer is calling it "the true birth of the X-Men." Oscar Isaac stars as Apocalypse.

June 3rd, 2016 - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2
What's it about? It looks like the new TMNT movie is looking to the cartoon for inspiration, bringing in characters like Casey Jones (played by Arrowstar Stephen Amell), Baxter Stockman, Bebop, and Rocksteady. We might even get to see Krang!
Who's involved? Dave Green (Earth to Echo) directs from a script by Josh Applebaum and Paul Nemec, who wrote the first film.
August 5th, 2016 - Suicide Squad
What's it about? The Suicide Squad are a team of former mercenaries and supervillains, currently running black ops missions for an arm of the US Government in the DC Universe. If they disobey, well...things don't go well for them. David Ayer described this one as "The Dirty Dozen with superheroes," which is a pretty reasonable way of calling it.
We had some fun with the Suicide Squad's greatest deaths, and you can read that here.
Who's involved? David Ayer is directing. There was once a script by Justin Marks, but we don't know for sure if that's still the one, it appears to have been rewritten by David Ayer in order to include The Joker. Speaking of the Joker, Jared Leto is the Joker in this one, with Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn. The cast also includes Will Smith as Deadshot, Joel Kinneman as Rick Flagg, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, and Viola Davis as Amanda Waller.

October 7th, 2016 - Gambit
What's it about? Gambit is a charmer, a thief, and a mutant. He's also a member of the X-Men, but this one will probably take place before he joins the team. Expect a fairly grounded story for a movie about a guy who can charge things with kinetic energy and blow them up.
Who's involved? Rise of the Planet of the Apes director Rupert Wyatt is onboard to steer the ship, and Channing Tatum, we assure you, will be doing his best Cajun accent as Gambit, that's all we really know for now.

November 4th, 2016 - Doctor Strange
What's it about? Doctor Stephen Strange is Earth's Sorcerer Supreme, and the defender of the realm against mystical threats. He's a bit of a trip. Read more about his adventures right here.
Who's involved? Benedict Cumberbatch is Doctor Strange. Chiwetel Ejiofor is Baron Mordo and Tilda Swinton will be Strange's menotr The Ancient One. Rachel McAdams is reprotedly circling a role as Strange's love interest. Scott Derrickson (Sinister) is directing from a script by Jon Spaihts (Prometheus).
Alright, so that was just the ones for 2016...now let's get on to the superhero movies of 2017 on the next page...
