HBO announces a 15-minute preview with clips and behind-the-scenes footage of the upcoming fourth season for Game of Thrones.
The wait for the fourth season of Game of Thrones remains as interminable as a Frey Wedding after the wonderfully teasing trailer from earlier this month. However, HBO is ready to give fans a much-needed boost to get through the winter while we share a dream of premium cable spring.
HBO announced earlier today that they will air a 15-minute behind-the-scenes featurette, Game of Thrones Ice and Fire: A Foreshadowing, exclusively on HBO at 8:45pm ET/PT on Sunday, February 9, right before a new episode of True Detective.
Offering a look back and a look forward to the fourth season of the hit HBO series, the show features clips from upcoming episodes, behind-the-scenes-footage, interviews with talent, and cast members’ answers to questions posed by fans.
Game of Thrones is based on the bestselling book series by George R.R. Martin, A Song of Ice and Fire, and follows multiple families and clans vying for power in the medieval fantasy world of Westeros.
Game of Thrones Season 4 premieres April 6, 2014 at 9pm ET/PT on HBO.
