Archie comics have released a terrifying teaser image for Afterlife with Archie #4, but what does it mean?
The fourth issue of Afterlife with Archie doesn't hit until February 26th, but here's a sneak peak from the next installment that perfectly sums up the comic's increasing darkness. When last we saw Archie in the third issue, he was shocked by the appearance of a burning Choklit' Shoppe. Now it seems like things are going from bad to worse, and our ginger hero is going to be be forced to take down someone close to him. But who?
With most of his pals more or less safely hiding away at the heavily fortified Lodge Manor, my guess is that Archie will come face to face with Undead Jughead (Jug had horror posters similiar to the Invisible Man one glimpses here hanging on his bedroom wall back in the first issue). Other possibilities include Archie encountering zombified versions of his parents. Regardless of whose head Arch will be smashing in with a bat, you can be guaranteed that it will shake up life -- or is that death? -- in Riverdale.
