
Star Wars: Rebel Heist by Matt Kindt and Marco Castiello focuses on the legend of Han Solo!
A new Original-Trilogy era Star Wars comic miniseries penned by Matt Kindt (Mind Mgmt) will be released on Wednesday, April 30. Star Wars: Rebel Heist follows a young Rebel operative who joins Han Solo on his adventures and discovers some problems with hero-worshipping a scoundrel. The official description reads:
A young Rebel meets one of the Alliance’s best for his first mission. But the young man’s hero worship is crushed by the reality of Han Solo. A botched escape, a ship that doesn’t work—could it be that Solo is just a lucky bumbler whose luck has run out? Han Solo–the truth behind the myth!
Along with cover art by Adam Hughes, Star Wars: Rebel Heist #1 contains art by penciler Marco Castiello, inker Dan Parsons, colorist Gabe Eltaeb, and Matt Kindt. Star Wars: Rebel Heistwill run for four issues.
It comes during Dark Horse’s last year of Star Wars comics, as Marvel will re-acquire the Star Wars license in 2015.
