Check out your first look at Rose McIver in the CW's iZombie TV show and the show's logo!
iZombiehas creative firepower behind it, and it may need it. The show, with a logline that reads like a zombie mystery medical procedural may sound like the height of high concept, but it makes a little more sense when you view it in the context of its source material as a DC/Vertigo comic. Created by Chris Roberson and Michael Allred, iZombiefound a nice following. The TV show has Veronica Mars' Rob Thomas and Diane Ruggiero behind it, so this may be brainier (sorry) than we even expected.

iZombie is about a med student-turned-zombie named Liv who takes a job in the coroner’s office to gain access to the brains she must eat to maintain her humanity, but with each brain she consumes, she inherits the corpse’s memories. With the help of her medical examiner boss and a police detective, she solves homicide cases in order to quiet the disturbing voices in her head.
Now that iZombiehas gotten a series order, the official social media accounts have popped up, and the first images are hitting the web. First, enjoy your first look at Rose McIver as Liv, the show's title zombie as well as the logo for the show.

No premiere date for iZombie has been announced yet, but we suspect we'll see a first trailer in the next few days.
