We have the details on this year's Flash/Arrow crossover. You know, the one that will lead to Legends of Tomorrow.

Last year, when The Flash and Arrowhad their first crossover, it wasn't exactly a crossover. They were two standalone episodes that just happened to feature the heroes working together. They were both really good, and it worked just fine.

But with Legends of Tomorrowon the horizon, this year's Flash/Arrowcrossover has some heavy lifting to do. They have a whole mess of characters to introduce. Previously, it was said that this year's event would be a proper two-parter, with everyone getting involved.

"There really is a true 2-part story unlike last year where it was two interconnected episodes where each had their own beginning, middle, and end," executive producer Marc Guggenheim told Deadline, "This is a big two-part event, one single bad guy, and it will very clearly launch Legends Of Tomorrow."

Well, ths first image from it seems to indicate exactly that. Check out Flash hanging out with Team Arrow and Hawkman and Hawkgirl.

We don't yet know the title of the first part of the crossover, but it's The Flash season 2 episode 8. The second part of is (of course) ArrowSeason 4 episode 8, "Legends of Yesterday," which airs on December 2nd.

If these episodes of The Flash and Arrowaren't the midseason finales of the shows, then there will probably only be one more episode of each before the break, and then it's on to the craziness that Legends of Tomorrow will bring.

I'll update this with more information as it becomes available.
