Doctor Who: The Fourth Doctor Gets His Own Comic

Titan Comics has been dishing out some great Doctor Whoadventures of late, featuring some of our most loved Doctors. Eight, Nine, Ten, Eleven, and Twelve have all gotten their own stories, whether in on-going adventures or mini-series. And even the War Doctor has joined the fun. 

So it's absolutely no surprise that the clock has now struck four. That's right: the Fourth Doctor is getting his own comic book mini-series from Titan, and he'll be accompanied by his most beloved companion, Sarah Jane Smith!

The new story is called "Gaze of the Medusa" and takes place in Victorian England. The book will be written by Gordon Rennie & Emma Beeby and illustrated by Brian Williamson. 

Here's a brief synopsis:

"A mysterious woman commands a hidden army in a house of the blind. Scryclops stalk the streets...and something alien and terrible screams from prehistory -- with a hunger that cannot be satisfied!"

The Fourth Doctor was portrayed on screen by Tom Baker from 1974 to 1981, much of that time alongside the late Elisabeth Sladen as companion Sarah Jane.

Doctor Who: The Fourth Doctor #1 arrives in March 2016.
